Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes (MoM)
• Manage executive calendars, daily communications, and travel arrangements
• Maintain and organize documentation and records to support smooth team operations
• Manage the procurement and arrangement of accommodations for our expatriate
• Utilize strong administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently and maintain organized systems for the smooth operation of daily activities
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with our expatriate
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to review documents, and reports carefully Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively
• Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions quickly and efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
