Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Coordinating meetings and acting as the point of contact for all participants.
• Taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups on action items.
• Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Supporting resource management, including ordering equipment and software.
• Performing administrative duties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring and tracking projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinating quality controls to meet project requirements.
• Measuring and reporting on project performance to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/D4/S1) in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior experience in project administration is a plus (Internship, etc.)
• Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and well- organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and scheduling.
• Strong communication, organizational and time- management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Project Management Tools (Jira, Trello, Monday etc.) is a plus.
