HES Coordinator

Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum educational background of Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in HES/OHS supervision, particularly in electrical projects.
• Must hold a valid AK3 Umum (AK3U) and SKP certification.
• AK3 Oil & Gas certification is acceptable and will be considered an advantage.
• Possess strong knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing HES systems in Oil & Gas projects.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, preparing, reporting, and implementing the Contractor’s HES procedures, programs, policies, and regulations.
• Good understanding of Indonesian HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure project environment.
