Lead Civil & Structure Engineer

Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Applied Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in a similar position on construction projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in WK Rokan (Upstream) or other upstream oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in leading Engineering teams during Pre-FEED, FEED, and DED phases of oil and gas projects.
• Strong knowledge, expertise, and experience in civil and structural engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to lead and coordinate civil & structural engineering activities and interface with other disciplines.
• Good understanding of applicable codes, standards, and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Responsible for ensuring all project-related activities are executed safely (HSE- compliant), on schedule, and in accordance with required quality standards and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
