Project Controller

Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience working as a Project Controller, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum educational background of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Applied Bachelor (D4) in Engineering, Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of substations (Gardu Induk), including project execution and control aspects.
• Strong knowledge, skills, and experience in monitoring and controlling project activities, including scope, schedule, and cost control.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules and cost estimates in accordance with project objectives.
• Capable of providing accurate analysis and recommendations regarding project status, work plans, schedules, and cost performance.
• Highly skilled in using and operating Primavera (P6) for project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and under tight project deadlines.
