Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of working experience in construction projects within the oil and gas, power, or petrochemical industries.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in EPC electrical projects, minimum medium voltage, with a project value of at least IDR 50,000,000,000 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge, expertise, and experience in the oil and gas industry, including EPC project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Fully responsible for ensuring project execution is safe (HSE-compliant), on schedule, within budget, and meets required quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
