Finance Manager – Bandung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor the implementation of corporate finance transactions and ensure the achievement of good service rates
• Monitor, collect data, and analyze the cash position and cash flow of the company by considering the conditions of capital, accounts receivable, payment, and expenditure
• Ensure recording of financial transactions carried out both on the system and manually accurately
• Ensure the availability of reliable company financial reports for external parties
• Make financial statement projections, including profit and loss projections

Requirements :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in a managerial position in the fast food and beverage (QSR) or FMCG industry
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Having experience in Ernst & Yung is preferable
• Have good analytical thinking, leadership & communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented
• Experience in developing & implementing policy/processes
• Proficiency using Ms. Excel and ERP (SAP)
• Able to make and control Budget as well as control cash flow periodically
• Ready to work under pressure with dynamic work
• Commercial awareness, analytical & problem-solving.
• Willing to be placed in Head office Bandung
