HCBP Manager – Bandung
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement Human Capital Business Partner Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies system, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Analyze Human Capital data and metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent employee experience and alignment with the company’s values and culture
Requirements :
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in HCBP in Food & Beverages Company
• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or master’s Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a strategic Human Capital leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex, or matrixed organization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels
• Hands-on experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing HR teams
• Placement in Bandung
