IR & ER Supervisor – Bogor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Plan and implement an industrial relations strategy with a key focus on modernizing and engaging employees.
• Design and development of ER policy, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization.
• Responsible for Industrial Relations activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best industry practices.
• Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
• To develop a system to link performance to payroll and remuneration to encourage productivity.
• Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER program.
Requirements :
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in law (or equivalent).
• Proven work experience in the IR & ER field for a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Understanding about employment law and regulations.
