OEM Sales Supervisor – Jakarta Selatan

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with OEM clients in both international and domestic markets.
• Identify and expand business opportunities to grow the OEM customer base.
• Coordinate production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and market regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights for business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize OEM processes.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or related
• Min 3 years of relevant experience (Domestic & International)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills (English is a must).
• Additional foreign language skills (e.g., Arabic, Korean, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Extensive network in the FMCG food industry abroad.
• Flexibility to travel internationally.
