Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to optimize commercial activities and drive performance improvements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial operations meet or exceed targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business development, or partnership management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
