Expansion & Site Acquisition Officer (Sparks Academy)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Conduct location scouting and feasibility studies for new gym centers. Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with landlords.
• Build relationships with local authorities (RT, RW) and community groups (Ormas) to ensure smooth expansion
• Assess and report rental price trends and commercial property conditions.
• Collaborate with architects and designers (preferably with AutoCAD knowledge).
• Handle permits and compliance with local zoning laws and safety regulations.
• Work closely with contractors and vendors to oversee site readiness.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or expansion-related roles.
• Proven track record in negotiating rental agreements
• Strong analytical skills for site selection and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of local regulations and ability to work with community leaders.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct on-site assessments (All Indonesia).
