Gymnastic Curriculum Specialist

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate gymnastics curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children
• Align the gymnastics curriculum with educational goals, developmental milestones, and the organization’s learning philosophy
• Ensure the gymnastics curriculum is used consistently at all locations and is followed as planned
• Train coaches about the gymnastics curriculum and lesson plan to ensure they deliver the curriculum effectively
• Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess how well the gymnastics curriculum is working Make continuous improvement on the gymnastics curriculum based on data
• Work closely with curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to make sure the curriculum is delivered well and aligns with the overall goal

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports education or other related field
• Professionally trained in Gymnastics with certification
• Proven experience in teaching Gymnastics
• Proven experience in gymnastics curriculum design and development, preferably in early childhood
• Having a background, training, or experience in early childhood education would be a plus point
• Open to new experiences and have interest in people/teacher development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to adapt to new educational trends
