QA/QC Specialist (Sparks English)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement a quality assurance framework and KPIs to ensure educational services meet high standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and keeping policies updated.
• Create and maintain SOPs for all processes, performing regular internal audits for adherence and improvement.
• Monitor and improve NPS by analyzing feedback and working with teams to enhance student satisfaction.
• Train staff on quality standards, compliance, and SOP implementation to maintain consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance teaching and operational processes.
• Prepare reports for senior management on QA, compliance, audits, and NPS metrics, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or ISO standards are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit practices.
• Experience with customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with management, trainers, and staff.
• Ability to design, implement, and handle end-to-end audit management.
