Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other methods.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably 1 year in a senior role.
• Professional proficiency in English (Fully capable in interviewing in English and discuss the hiring progress in English).
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles across different levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
