Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs according to user requests for all programs or systems used in the Hospital
• Analyze user needs to translate user needs through appropriate programs or systems
• Carrying out installation, repair and maintenance activities for hardware, software, fax, telephone, CCTV, TV, HT, printer and computer networks
• Carry out end of day processes and back up processes in accordance with predetermined procedures and schedules
• Carrying out project implementation activities in accordance with the work plan that has been prepared and reporting and documenting project implementation activities and progress to ensure the achievement of project targets being implemented
• Handling complaints regarding operational obstacles and recording complaints in the logbook and the process of handling operational obstacles to evaluate and plan improvements to ICT services
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of data in the Hospital to prevent damage and leakage of secrets by external parties
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors and other related parties, including daily, periodic reports and weekly performance reports
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Computer Science/ Information System
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in network administration, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting is essential.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system configurations, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure the protection of hospital data and systems.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and various ICT hardware and software.
