Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Propose new initiatives to support day-to-day retail operations.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to implement new product or technology initiatives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by establishing and improving Retail KPIs and SOPs.
• Conduct store visits to monitor operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related major.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Projects, or Strategic Project Management within the retail industry.
• Passionate about retail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent teamwork, multitasking, and time management skills.
