Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Handling and Teaching English classes for all staff
• Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials
• Handling 1 on 1 class and group classes
• Arranging and organizing classes/ training classes
• Proofreading documents
• Conducting English Interviews for staff
• Able to influence staff to communicate in English with confidence
• Create a positive English-speaking environment
• Improve staff’s ability in English communication

Requirements :

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in English Education or related majors
• Master’s Degree in Education or related majors is a plus
• Has experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Business English
• Has min. 2 years of working experience in related field
• Passionate about teaching
• Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Has experience in teaching English for Adults
• Flexible and can work as team player and self-driven when needed
• Has an approachable attitude
• Able to communicate effectively
• Computer literate
