Compensation and Benefits Staff
Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes accurately and on time.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employee benefits administration.
• Maintain employee data related to salary, benefits, attendance, and tax (PPh 21).
• Oversee General Affairs needs, including office supplies, facilities, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
• Schedule and supervise drivers and office support staff.
Requirements :
• 1+ years experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll; experience in General Affairs is a plus.
• D3/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, BPJS administration, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems (Sunfish preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, integrity, and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
