Sales Executive – Surabaya
Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Sales Executive responsible to increase revenue by selling tickets, group bookings, and events. This Position will build relationships with clients like travel agencies and event planners, provide great customer service, and use effective sales strategies to meet targets. Sales Executive also work with the marketing team, give persuasive sales presentations, and keep track of sales records and market trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ticket sales and group bookings.
• Build relationships with clients like travel agencies and event planners.
• Provide top-notch customer service and address client queries and issues.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and drive sales.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with other departments.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Executive in hospitality or tourism Industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the theme park industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
