Position: Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Sell premium-segment vehicles in accordance with established sales targets.

Provide exclusive service and customer experience from consultation stage to vehicle handover.

Explain vehicle products, features, and advantages in a professional and persuasive manner.

Conduct prospecting, follow-ups, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Manage sales administration processes and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum education: High School / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales (premium segment experience is a plus).

Professional appearance with strong customer satisfaction orientation.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Accustomed to working with targets and highly motivated.

Proficient in using CRM and digital media as sales tools (added value).
